VIS Membership Issues -> Request VIS Member ID replacement
If you joined VIS more 30 days ago, you should be able to retrieve your VIS Member ID using the Member ID Lookup tool available from our "Help" page. If the ID Lookup tool is not working for you or if you joined VIS recently, use this form to request a replacement VIS Member ID. We will respond within three business days. Please provide as many items listed below as you can
- The name and e-mail address you gave during the membership purchase
- PayPal transaction number or the date of purchase
- Type of membership (Basic, Professional, Educational) you purchased.
